Benny's Gourmet Spice, Rub and Seasoning is a unique blend of ingredients created by Chef Byrl B. Bennett (Benny) originally as a rub for Prime Rib in the 1970's. It is a great blend/one spice for chicken, turkey, all poultry, all meats, fish, salads and vegetables or any combination of them. It is good in taco seasoning and basically anything that you would use salt and pepper on.

 Available in Original, No Salt, Low Salt, No Sodium, Low Sodium (half salt and half MSG) and No MSG

Uses for Benny's Spice, Rub and Seasoning

• Sprinkle liberally on your steaks, roasts, meats
• Steak dry rub, roast dry rub, prime rib dry rub
• Grilling dry rub, grilling seasoning
• Barbeque dry rub, barbeque seasoning for all meats, vegetables, seafood/fish
• Use in or sprinkle on vegetables
• Sprinkle on your fried eggs or use in omelettes
• Sprinkle on your potatoes
• Use in casseroles
• Use in dressings
• Sprinkle or coat your chicken and turkey (all poultry) inside and out
• Use in your taco meat
• Use in your spaghetti and pizza sauce

When storing spices/seasonings to prevent caking add an oyster cracker or two, or a goldfish cracker or two. They will absorb the moisture leaving the seasoning/spice dry.
